What is Cg Chiraag ? : Chhattisgarh Inclusive Rural and Accelerated Agriculture Growth (CHIRAAG) Project is a World Bank-supported transformative project of the Department of Agriculture Development, Farmer Welfare and Biotechnology (DoAB), Government of Chhattisgarh (GoCG). The project aims to achieve the overall development of tribal community in Chhattisgarh with integrated livelihood intervention in Agriculture and allied thematic areas. Guidelines for Application Submission:
आवेदन जमा करने के लिए दिशानिर्देश:
Application has to be submitted online only
- आवेदन केवल ऑनलाइन जमा करना होगा
Each job has different Job Application Form.
- प्रत्येक जॉब का अलग-अलग जॉब एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म होता है।
Candidate can apply to multiple positions. However, separate applications have to be filled and submitted for each position.
- उम्मीदवार कई पदों पर आवेदन कर सकता है। हालांकि, प्रत्येक पद के लिए अलग-अलग आवेदन भरने और जमा करने होंगे।
There are eight (08) different sections to be filled, appearing in the left panel of the Job Application Form (JAF). All the sections has to be filled for the final submission of the application form. Applicant need to ensure all sections are filled and till the final submit is not clicked and acknowledgment notification not received, the application is not considered to be submitted.
- जॉब एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म (JAF) के बाएं पैनल में दिखने वाले आठ (08) विभिन्न खंड भरे जाने हैं। आवेदन पत्र को अंतिम रूप से जमा करने के लिए सभी अनुभागों को भरना होगा। आवेदक को यह सुनिश्चित करने की आवश्यकता है कि सभी अनुभाग भरे हुए हैं और जब तक अंतिम सबमिट पर क्लिक नहीं किया जाता है और पावती अधिसूचना प्राप्त नहीं होती है, तब तक आवेदन जमा नहीं माना जाता है।
Applicant can edit multiple times before the final submission of application. The filled data will remain saved. The applicant need to edit the application by logging in to the portal with their email ID and Password filled at the time of application registration.
- आवेदक अंतिम रूप से आवेदन जमा करने से पहले कई बार संपादन कर सकता है। भरा हुआ डाटा सेव रहेगा। आवेदक को आवेदन पंजीकरण के समय भरे गए अपने ईमेल आईडी और पासवर्ड के साथ पोर्टल पर लॉग इन करके आवेदन को संपादित करना होगा।
Applicant can review the complete application form before submission and submit it after completing all sections. The JAF will remind for the incomplete sections.
- आवेदक जमा करने से पहले पूर्ण आवेदन पत्र की समीक्षा कर सकते हैं और सभी अनुभागों को पूरा करने के बाद जमा कर सकते हैं। जॉब एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म (JAF) अधूरे वर्गों के लिए याद दिलाएगा।
Applicant can download, save or print the Application form submitted and retain for their record.
- आवेदक जमा किए गए आवेदन पत्र को डाउनलोड, सेव या प्रिंट कर सकते हैं और अपने रिकॉर्ड के लिए रख सकते हैं।
The filed(s) marked as mandatory (*) are essentials to be filled in the absence of which the application will not be submitted.

General Instruction for Applicant
आवेदक के लिए सामान्य निर्देश
Applicants are advised to ensure, before applying, that they possess at least the minimum essential qualification and experience laid down for the post.
- आवेदकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे आवेदन करने से पहले यह सुनिश्चित कर लें कि उनके पास पद के लिए निर्धारित न्यूनतम आवश्यक योग्यता और अनुभव है।
Project CHIRAAG/ the Department of Agriculture Farmer Welfare and Biotechnology reserves the right to:
- चिराग परियोजना /कृषि किसान कल्याण और जैव प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग का अधिकार सुरक्षित है:
Hold Written Test, Proficiency Test, Other Tests for selection, whenever circumstances so warrant;
- लिखित परीक्षा, प्रवीणता परीक्षा, चयन के लिए अन्य परीक्षण, जब भी परिस्थितियाँ निर्मित हो, रोक लगा सके;
Withdraw any advertised post(s) at any time without giving any reason.
- किसी भी विज्ञापित पद(पदों) को बिना कोई कारण बताए किसी भी समय वापस ले लें ।
Offer the post at a level lower than that advertised, depending upon the qualifications, experience and performance of the candidate;
- उम्मीदवार की योग्यता, अनुभव और प्रदर्शन के आधार पर, विज्ञापित स्तर से कम स्तर पर पद की पेशकश करें;
The prescribed Educational Qualification and Experience indicated are a bare minimum; mere possession of same will not entitle applicants to be called for Test.

The HR Agency will conduct further telephonic-interview, tests and / or interview for all eligible applicants as elimination rounds based on the candidate’s credential and suitability top the position. Applicant can see status of their application using their Log-in Id and Password on online portal at any point of time during the selection process.
- एचआर एजेंसी उम्मीदवार की साख और पद की उपयुक्तता के आधार पर सभी पात्र आवेदकों के लिए एलिमिनेशन राउंड के रूप में आगे टेलीफ़ोनिक-साक्षात्कार, परीक्षण और / या साक्षात्कार आयोजित करेगी। आवेदक चयन प्रक्रिया के दौरान किसी भी समय ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर अपने लॉग-इन आईडी और पासवर्ड का उपयोग करके अपने आवेदन की स्थिति देख सकते हैं।
Persons serving in Government, Semi-Government or Public Sector Undertakings should send THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL, the completed application form along with all relevant supporting documents in original, failing which, such persons shall be required to produce NOC before appearing for the Interview, provided they have sent an Advance Copy of the complete application form in original.
- शासकीय, अर्ध- शासकीय या सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों में कार्यरत व्यक्तियों को उचित चैनल के माध्यम से, सभी प्रासंगिक सहायक दस्तावेजों के साथ पूरा आवेदन पत्र मूल रूप से भेजना चाहिए, ऐसा न करने पर, ऐसे व्यक्तियों को साक्षात्कार के लिए उपस्थित होने से पहले अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने की आवश्यकता होगी, बशर्ते उन्होंने मूल रूप से पूर्ण आवेदन पत्र की एक अग्रिम प्रति भेज दी हो।
The persons applying for more than one post must apply separately for each post.
- एक से अधिक पदों के लिए आवेदन करने वाले व्यक्तियों को प्रत्येक पद के लिए अलग-अलग आवेदन करना होगा।
Incomplete application form, will be summarily rejected. The responsibility of entries in the application form lies with the Applicant.
- अपूर्ण आवेदन पत्र को सरसरी तौर पर खारिज कर दिया जाएगा। आवेदन पत्र में प्रविष्टियों की जिम्मेदारी आवेदक के पास है।
The HR agency will communicate with the applicant through the basic details such as email and mobile phone number. If the basic contact details are found to be incorrect, and as result the communications are not received, Project CHIRAAG/ the Department of Agriculture Farmer Welfare and Biotechnology will not be hold responsible for the same. Candidates are advised to check the communication details properly before submission.
- एचआर एजेंसी आवेदक के साथ ईमेल और मोबाइल फोन नंबर जैसे बुनियादी विवरण के माध्यम से संवाद करेगी। यदि मूल संपर्क विवरण गलत पाया जाता है, और परिणामस्वरूप संवाद प्राप्त नहीं होता है, तो चिराग परियोजना / कृषि किसान कल्याण और जैव प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग इसके लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि जमा करने से पहले संपर्क विवरण को ठीक से जांच लें ।
Canvassing in any form or bringing in any influence political or otherwise, will be a disqualification for the post. Interim enquiries will not be entertained.
- किसी भी रूप में प्रचार करना या राजनीतिक प्रभाव डालना, पद के लिए अयोग्यता होगी । अंतरिम पूछताछ पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
The HR agency shall verify the documents mentioned by the applicant while submitting the application as proof of their eligibility and experience. If the same is found to be not correct or the same is not submitted, the candidature will be disqualified from the selection process.
- एचआर एजेंसी पात्रता और अनुभव के प्रमाण के रूप में आवेदन जमा करते समय आवेदक द्वारा उल्लिखित दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन करेगी। यदि यह सही नहीं पाया जाता है या जमा नहीं किया जाता है, तो उम्मीदवारी को चयन प्रक्रिया से अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा।

For any technical issue, query related to application, applicant may send e-mail on [email protected]. Only one email per application-Id shall be entertained (on first come first serve basis). More than one email per application-id shall not be entertained and responded.
